If you live in Maryland, Virginia or the District of Columbia, we generally refer to you as a MECA-DC member, that is, if you belong to the meeting and identify yourself as such. I became a member in 2004. It was not what you would exactly call a meeting then, in comparison to testimony of what it was before and what it became after. Don't be distracted by this statement.
